We offer a 14 day return policy on all website purchases. Simply contact us by email within 14 days of receipt of your order to request a Return Authorization Number. All items accepted for a refund must be in original condition and in their original packaging. So that we may process your refund promptly on online orders, please contact Shalimar Jewelers at Sales@shalimarfinejewelers.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Any items returned without a valid RAN will be refused and returned to sender.
Due to the low margin pricing we offer at Shalimar Jewelers, we must charge a 5% restocking fee to cover credit card processing fees. Shipping, Sizing and insurance costs are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed in the original method of payment for the price paid (minus shipping and a 5% restocking fee) when the item is returned in the same condition it was sold (not resized, damaged or altered in any way). Please allow 14 business days for a refund to appear on your statement.
No refunds are available for items purchased in store.
Exchanges are available for purchases made on the website or in store within 30 days of purchase when the item is returned in the same condition it was sold (not resized, damaged or altered in any way).
